Get moving by choosing the stairs over the elevator, or by getting off the bus a few stops early for some extra steps.

Video-consultatie

10 weeks of
online coaching

We offer 10 weeks of online coaching. You will receive tips and tricks about how to lose kilo's and centimeters by changing your eating habits and becoming more active in your daily life. You will receive support from our coaches through social media (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram).

An active community

You will be granted access and be part of an active online community, where you’ll get support and motivation from others who are on the same journey. It’s all about lifting each other up and staying inspired together!

1-on-1 coaching

If you’re looking for extra 1-on-1 support, we’ve got you covered with the option of personal coaching to help you stay on track and reach your goals!

How does it work?

Enroll and join the challenge!

Sign up for our next challenge. You only need: 

  • Motivation

  • A Facebook account

  • A calorie counting app (e.g. 'Lose It!' or 'MyFitnessPal')

  • A kitchen scale, a weight scale, and measuring tape

Receive your information package

Once your registration is succesful, you will receive a digital information package and access to our closed social media group.

Get started!

For the next 10 weeks, we will support and stimulate you to loose your extra kilos and centimeters and become simply healthy and fit!
